Close to airport.
Reluctant staff, accommodation is in a noisy and dirty part of town. The kitchen was unequipped, the window in the room faced the wall.

Below standard
- The shared area was large
- We were given no pre-information the check in process, and had to wander around the building for a while to find someone. The phone number given on booking.com didn't work. The check in took ages because they couldn't find the key. -there was no place to put your clothes away. -the window was looking out at a wall so there was almost no natural light. - the bathroom was shared however was never cleaned and no toilet paper was provided. The shower lacked a shower head and was simply a hole in the wall, it was also unclean. - the kitchen lacked enough facilities to cook amd eat your own food. No pots or pans and only 1 plate. - the location is quite a walk away from the old city of cartagena around 40-50 minutes.

Description doesn’t match the actual accomodation. Ok price, good location near airport.
Good location near the airport, staff was very friendly and helpful, the hotel is secure as well. Room size reasonable.
It wasn’t exactly what i booked - it said that each room had a private balcony, bathroom and a kitchen. However, it was all shared, even bathroom. Private was only a bedroom. In a bedroom there was only a bed, nothing else. Had to take a chair from the kitchen to place our room key, phone and other small things.
